Contributors acknowledge that the information supplied by them is accurately submitted to the database and all reasonable measures have been undertaken to ensure accuracy.
Raw data and all intellectual property rights remain the property of the fieldworker who collected the data and/or the organisations which paid for its collection and will be duly acknowledged.
Raw data will be reported publically only in aggregated format or included in confidential appendices where required.
Raw data shall be maintained in strict confidence and www.raptormonitor.com will ensure all reasonable measures to maintain the security, integrity and accuracy of the data submitted.
Personal details will not be released or utilised for any other purpose, but the project manager may contact you relating to this project or with relevant raptor monitoring information.
Contributors acknowledge that their data may be:

Aggregated in summary maps available to the public for each species

Aggregated in annual reporting (not identifying specific nest locations)

Accessed by the administrator and/or project manager to compile reports

Produced in personal data maps and raw data visible to the contributor (only) or by agreement (sharing) to other database users

Accessed by, or supplied to, statutory agencies or nominated organisations or individuals including the use of relevant raw nest location data for bone-fide conservation purposes

Accessed by the administrator and/or project manager for supply to organisations or individuals who complete a bona-fide data request for conservation or protection purposes

May be supplied, at the 10km or tetrad (2km x 2km) resolution at a rate of up to £20/ record plus administration fee of £50 for data requests. All proceeds are directly utilised by the project and/or accessible by all fieldworkers for expenses
